Another guy getting paid to fly

Mike finished the checkride, and did very well. The examiner is based here, and came back into my office to fill out the paperwork. He said he really didn't see any weaknesses. Mike has come a long way. I mentioned before that Mike's knowledge had been a real weakness. That displayed itself in a couple ways: he was always nervous about slow flight and stalls, and he never really felt like he was truly pilot in command. We spent a long time fighting through that.

Today, he finally demonstrated the progress he has made. This endorsement is also one of my proudest, simply for all the work that had to go into it.
